Nicole L. Siefert

Nicole was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She left the city of neon lights in 2001 to attend Carroll College in Helena, MT where she graduated magna cum laude in 2005 with a degree in Sociology. In 2009, Nicole received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. While attending U of M, she was a proud member of the ABA Negotiations Team, the President of the American Association for Justice and interned for Montana Legal Services and the County Attorney’s Office. ​In 2018, Nicole served as an adjunct professor for the School of Law at the University of Montana.  She taught the Negotiations Class.

Before joining Nate Wagner at Siefert & Wagner, PLLC, Nicole practiced civil litigation in Federal and State Courts in Nevada and Montana, representing clients in cases involving personal injury, real estate litigation, commercial disputes, probate disputes, wrongful death, and insurance recovery.  Nicole will continue her practice focusing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.

​Nicole serves as the President of the Friends of Flagship Advisory Board of Directors. The Friends of Flagship Board is a group of community members who support the mission and operation of The Flagship Program- Missoula’s free afterschool program. Nicole is the coach of the ABA Negotiation Team at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law. The team took the top two spots in the Region in 2021, a first in the team’s history.

In Nicole’s spare time, you can find her running the trails of Western Montana with her husband. They have a son and a daughter, two dogs and a host of nieces and nephews.

Nicole is a recognized National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 member.
Nicole is an Eagle Member of the Montana Trial ​Lawyers Association.
Nicole has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell as well as their GOLD Client Champion award
